Landing page

A landing page is a one-page site built around a single target action. It has no menu with a dozen sections and no ambition to tell you everything about the company: it walks the visitor through one scenario from the first screen to the form. That is exactly why a landing is the core tool of paid traffic, where every extra step costs money.

01

What it is

The structure of a landing page is a sequence of arguments. The first screen answers “what is this and is it for me”, then come the value of the offer, the handling of objections, the proof (cases, reviews, numbers) and, in several places, the same enquiry form. Every block has a purpose: if a block does not move the visitor closer to the action, it does not belong.

A landing is always built for specific traffic. A page for a search ad on “buy X in Kyiv” and a page for cold display traffic look different even though they sell the same thing. So the normal practice is several landings for different segments and A/B tests, rather than one “universal” page.

Who needs it and when

A landing is needed when there is traffic and a concrete offer, but conversion is being lost on the site.

  • Ads lead to the home page

Someone searched for one service, landed on a general page and went off to look elsewhere — the budget is spent for nothing.

  • A hypothesis needs testing

A new product or niche: it is faster to launch a page and see real demand than to build a full site.

  • There is a campaign with a deadline

A seasonal offer, a sale, enrolment for a course — you need a page that lives a few weeks and works towards one result.

  • Conversion is not measured

There is no clear goal, so nobody can say whether the advertising pays off or what exactly needs changing.

03

What the site owns

A landing owns conversion — everything else in it is subordinate to that.

  • The first screen

The offer, the benefit and the button. This is where most visitors are lost, so this block gets rewritten most often.

  • Arguments and objections

Why you, what it costs, what is included, what happens next. Every unanswered question is a refusal.

  • Proof

Cases, figures, reviews, certificates, photos of the work. Without them the offer stays a promise.

  • The form and how fast you reply

Minimum fields, correct validation, the enquiry landing instantly in a CRM or a messenger.

  • Loading speed

Mobile traffic does not wait: every extra second of loading takes away part of the conversion.

  • Analytics and heat maps

Goals, events, session recording. Without measurement a landing cannot be improved.

04

What launching delivers

A finished landing turns an ad click into an enquiry with a predictable cost: you can see what a lead costs, which block works and which one stops people. We build landings for a specific traffic channel and with analytics from day one, so that after launch there is no arguing about taste — only looking at numbers.
