Terms of use
The site xpro.com.ua is informational: it describes the studio’s services and shows our work. These terms explain how to use it and what to rely on when reading prices and examples.

Prices are not a public offer
The figures on the site are indicative and almost always carry the word “from”. The real cost depends on the scope, the number of systems to integrate with and the deadline. The final price is fixed in a contract after discussing the task, not by text on a page.
Launch times (“from 6 weeks” and similar) are the typical duration of comparable projects, not a commitment regarding yours.
Content and rights
The texts, design, page structure and graphics of the site belong to XPro Studio. The portfolio screenshots show work we delivered; rights to the systems and brands themselves belong to their owners and are shown here as examples of completed work.
Reading the site, sharing links and quoting with attribution is fine. Copying material in whole blocks for your own commercial use is not.
The contact form
By sending the form you confirm that the contacts you gave are genuinely yours and that you want a reply. We do not send marketing mailings and do not pass your contacts to third parties — the details are in the Privacy policy.
The form is protected from automated submissions by a rate limit. If you see a message about too many attempts, simply email us instead.
Availability of the site
We host the site in our own data center and watch over it, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: planned work and incidents are possible. If a significant outage affects clients under support, we notify them separately.
Links to other sites
The site contains links to external resources — our social media pages, for example. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We may update them — the current version is always on this page, and the date of the change is shown at the top.
