This Privacy Policy describes how the “Xpro” fitness club chain (hereinafter “we”, “our” or the “Company”) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users of the Xpro mobile app (hereinafter the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1. What information we collect
To make the App work, provide access to the gym and manage memberships, we may collect the following data:
Personal information:
Last name, first name and patronymic;
Phone number;
Email address;
Date of birth (where available or needed for identification).
Membership and service data:
Information about active memberships, their purchase and freeze history;
Fitness club visit history (QR code scans at the reception);
Bookings for group and personal training sessions.
The App requests camera access solely to scan the QR code at the club reception in order to verify your membership and grant access to the gym. The camera is not used to take or store photos or videos without your knowledge.
2. How we use the information collected
We use the data collected for the following purposes:
Authentication and access: Checking that your membership is valid and letting you into the fitness club by scanning a QR code.
Customer service: Letting you buy, renew and freeze memberships and book training sessions.
Notifications (push messages): Sending reminders about training sessions, schedule changes, membership expiry and current club promotions.
Service improvement: Analysing how the App works and fixing technical errors.
3. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data may be shared only in the following cases:
Payment services: To process online payments (bank acquiring, payment gateways).
Legal requirements: Where required by the applicable law of Ukraine or by a court decision.
4. Data storage and protection
We take all necessary organisational and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
All data is transmitted over secure encrypted protocols (HTTPS/SSL).
5. User rights
You have the right to:
View and edit your personal data in your App profile.
Receive information about which of your data is being processed.
Withdraw your consent to data processing or request deletion of your account and related data by contacting the club administration or the contact email.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published in the App or on the official website.
