We do not resell somebody else’s capacity. The hardware, the power, the channels and the access to the room are ours, so any problem is solved by our own hands, with no middlemen.
The XPro data center in Chernivtsi is built for the work clients most often bring us: running an ERP, a database and a mobile backend so that nobody’s working day depends on somebody else’s outage. Every rack draws from two independent power lines with a UPS and a diesel generator, cooling is precision-controlled for both temperature and humidity, and physical entry goes through an access system with a visitor log.
The network runs on three independent providers with automatic failover: one carrier going down does not mean downtime for your server. The internal network is segmented, and external access to services passes through a firewall and DDoS protection. Backups live in a separate physical segment, and once a month we run a restore test — a backup nobody has ever verified is not a backup.
For clients who host their systems with us we keep a full inventory: what runs on which server, which versions, who has access and when it was last updated. That documentation is handed over to you together with the credentials — the infrastructure belongs to you, not to the studio.

How is renting from you different from a large hosting provider?
A large host gives you capacity and a ticket system. We give you capacity together with a team that understands your system, because we often built it ourselves. If your ERP goes down at night, we do not ask “what application is this?” — we have the access, the documentation and the understanding of how it works. That is the main difference, and you feel it precisely when something breaks.
Which should I choose: VPS, a dedicated server or colocation?
A VPS suits a website, a small application or a test environment. A dedicated server is needed once you have a database under load, an ERP with dozens of concurrent users, or requirements around data isolation. Colocation is for those who already own hardware and need only power, cooling and a channel. We help you decide after a short audit of your current load.
How does the move from our current host work?
First we deploy a copy of your environment on our side and run a dry run: we check that the application works, how it performs and that every integration holds. Then we agree a migration window — usually overnight — and move the data with minimal downtime. The rollback plan is prepared in advance: if anything goes off-script, you are back on the old site within minutes.
Who has access to our data?
Only the engineers assigned to your project, using personal keys. Every connection is written to a log. Physical entry to the room goes through an access system with a visitor record. If you need it, we sign an NDA and set up encryption so that the data is not technically accessible to us at all.
What happens if a server fails?
Disks run in RAID, so losing one of them does not stop the service. If a node fails, we keep spare hardware on site and rebuild the system from the latest backup — the target recovery time is four hours, and in practice it is usually faster. For critical systems we design redundancy at the architecture stage, so that one server failing goes unnoticed entirely.
Can we keep our own infrastructure and hire you only for support?
Yes. We work both with infrastructure on the client’s side and with other cloud providers: we set up CI/CD, monitoring and backups wherever your servers already live. In that case the SLA covers response time and the work itself, while uptime depends on the platform you chose.
